Well our adventures started us off in Staunton Virginia.
Where their was a State of Emergency because of all the snow.
We were lucky we did not lose power and ended up having a good time.
It's really fun scrapping 24" of snow!

Snow was everywhere!!

Winter Wonderland!

Polly verses the shovel!

When we first woke up Valentine tried to go through the snow
and was like woah, woah, woah!
So I had to immediately dig out some holes for them.
This was the first time they have seen snow.

Loved these little snow ball avalanches!

My granddad lived on Weston Drive.

Valentine basking in the sun!

No mail just snow balls!

My granddad's stein room.
Yes he had a room dedicated to steins!
Everyone was taking naps except me..
I ended up cleaning off the rest of the drive way while everyone was out!

Foggy Glasses!
Good Coffee!

Waiting for the sun to come up.
As some of you know we always wake up on New Years Day
to watch the sun come up.
This time we were in Mississippi - and it started off pretty cloudy.

Rolly Polly carefully walking on the logs..

Here is comes!

Ah.... It's always so beautiful to watch.
I love waking up that one day really early to start off the new year.
It's just so refreshing!
